15th Century Dinner Etiquette Rules for Kids

Someone dug up an etiquette book from the 15th century that lists a bunch of dinner table rules for kids.  They include no spitting . . . “don’t pick your teeth with your knife” . . . “don’t laugh or talk too much” . . . and “don’t be greedy with cheese.”
