450,000 Bees Found Inside Walls Of Pennsylvania Home
A Pennsylvania couple were buzzing with excitement when they bought their new farmhouse – only to discover the walls were filled with hundreds of thousands of bees.
The couple says they bought the house without conducting a home inspection, because they wanted to move quickly – even though the seller had mentioned ‘bees in the wall’.
Those bees weren’t a problem in the winter, but once the warm weather arrived, the couple realized the problem was much, much bigger than anticipated. Removing the bees – about 450,000 of them – cost twelve grand, with a beekeeper relocating the hive to a local honey farm.
Little did the couple know that around 450,000 bees had been living in the walls of their new home for almost 35 years. #9Newshttps://t.co/gbDVTp40l6
