Alex Trebek’s Final ‘Jeopardy!’ Episodes Air This Week

The final five Jeopardy! episodes featuring Alex Trebek will air this week. Executive producer Mike Richards appeared on the Today show on Monday and revealed that Trebek was “in enormous pain” while filming the final batch of episodes – in fact, he’d been hospitalized just one week earlier. Despite all that, Richards says “you will not sense any of that in these episodes.  He is strong.  He sounds great.  He’s funny and he’s amazing. Trebek died on November 8th at the age of 80, just ten days after filming those final episodes.
