Apple’s World War II series Masters of the Air premieres in January

Masters of the Air, a highly anticipated limited series from executive producers Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and Gary Goetzman, will premiere on Apple TV+ on January 26th, 2024.

The nine-episode series follows the men of the 100th Bomb Group (the “Bloody Hundredth”) as they conduct perilous bombing raids over Nazi Germany during World War II.

Starring Oscar nominee Austin Butler, Callum Turner, Anthony Boyle, Nate Mann, and Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan, the series will explore the psychological and emotional price paid by these young men as they helped destroy the horror of Hitler’s Third Reich.

Masters of the Air is a salute to the brave men of the 8th Air Force, and will depict a unique and crucial time in world history.
