43% of people say they’d have a tough time making it through an entire day without their phone . . . and that includes about one out of eight people who say it would definitely be a problem.

Younger people are more likely than older people to say it’d be hard to survive a day without their phone . . . and women are more likely to say it’d be a problem than men.

People who would struggle without their phones are also more likely to say the Internet is their main source of information . . . they randomly scroll through social media . . . and they’d rather text than talk on the phone.
