Damar Hamlin Returns To Buffalo Following Release From Hospital
Exactly one week after Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest during a game in Cincinnati, the Bills safety has returned to his home in Buffalo.
Hamlin arrived home Monday, shortly after he was released by doctors at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, his doctors have announced.
They say they’re “ecstatic” over Hamlin’s rate of recovery, noting he’ll continue to looked after by doctors in Buffalo. Although the recovering player isn’t expected to participate in next week’s postseason game against the Dolphins, word is he’s planning on attending the event.
Headed home to Buffalo today with a lot of love on my heart.
Watching the world come together around me on Sunday was truly an amazing feeling.
The same love you all have shown me is the same love that I plan to put back into the world n more.
Bigger than football!
