Support The Community Health Center on Giving Tuesday 🤝♥
November 28

Community Health Center participates in Giving Tuesday:
Giving Tuesday is a global campaign meant to inspire collective generosity to nonprofits, this year giving Tuesday is November 28th.
Community Health Center of Fort Dodge with locations in Fort Dodge, Mason City, Eagle Grove, and Dayton serves all people regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender, or insurance status. We accept most insurances and have a sliding pay scale for those who qualify.
We offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services for patients of all ages and in multiple languages, we have many bilingual Spanish speaking staff. We also have a social worker(s) who assists patients in finding community support services and a financial advocate who helps with eligibility and enrollment assistance as well as the sliding pay scale.
Organizations like the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge, Mason City, Eagle Grove, and Dayton exist to help close the gap in community needs in terms of their medical, dental, and behavioral health needs. We are most impactful in fulfilling those unmet needs when caring neighbors leverage out efforts through philanthropic giving that helps sustain our core missional work.
In addition to our comprehensive healthcare services, we provide annual outreach services such as coat and sock drives, back to school block parties, and other collaborative efforts without community partners to better the whole-person healthcare needs of our local and surrounding communities. Our caring staff is committed to our patients’ well-being and getting them feeling like themselves again.
