Good News: 56% of Us Have Donated to Charity During the Pandemic

1. A kindergarten teacher in Washington state is going viral after he went above and beyond . . . grabbed his laptop . . . and took students on a virtual field trip to the zoo.
2. A police chief in Kansas challenged his officers to make a positive impact on their community every day. Now a photo’s going viral after one of them found out a woman was dealing with health issues, and mowed her lawn.
3. Over the weekend, a couple at an Outback in South Carolina noticed a tattoo on their waitress’s wrist. She told them it was her dad’s handwriting from a letter he sent while he was over in Iraq. So on their $58 bill, they left her a $500 tip.
4. A new survey found more than HALF of America has donated money to a good cause during the pandemic. 56% of us have donated to charity in the last 12 months, and one in seven people have volunteered.
