Good News: Ice Cream, Gift Cards, and a Stray Dog’s Favorite Stuffed Animal

Here are a few more good news stories making the rounds . . .

1.  A stray dog in North Carolina kept stealing the same purple unicorn stuffed animal from a Dollar General store.  He stole it FIVE different times.  So when animal control picked him up, they bought the unicorn for him.  Then the shelter they took him to posted about it, and someone adopted him the next day.

2.  Some guy walked into a Dunkin’ Donuts in Ohio . . . bought $4,000 worth of gift cards . . . and told them to use the cards to pay for random people’s orders until they ran out.  So no one paid for their food or coffee from 4:00 P.M. until around 9:00 A.M. the next day.

3.  An employee at a Goodwill in Oklahoma found $42,000 in cash hidden in old sweaters someone donated by mistake.  And she made sure they got it back.  She says she’s a big believer in karma.  And she got some INSTANT karma when the family she returned it to told her to keep $1,000 as a thank you.

4.  Someone walked into an ice cream place in Oakland, California last week . . . placed a $63 order . . . and left the staff a $1,000 tip.
