Americans drink more than SIX BILLION GALLONS of beer every year.  And a new study broke down beer drinking per capita to figure out which states drink the most and the least.

The 10 states that are drinking the most beer per person are . . .

New Hampshire . . . Montana . . . Vermont . . . North Dakota . . . South Dakota . . . Nevada . . . Maine . . . Wisconsin . . . Pennsylvania . . . and Hawaii.

Iowa JUST missed the top ten coming in at number 11.

Minnesota ranks at number 19.

The 10 states that drink the least beer per person are . . .

Utah . . . Maryland . . . New Jersey . . . Connecticut . . . New York . . . Rhode Island . . . Idaho . . . Arkansas . . . Washington . . . and Massachusetts.
