I Ate Like The Bridgertons For 3 Days
If you’re a fan of Bridgerton you know that lavish parties are held often and those dinner parties include a lot of food.
A writer for Delish decided to eat like the Bridgertons for three days and it included decadent food such as queen cakes. Queen cakes were popular in England during the 18th and 19th centuries. They’re made with currants, sherry wine, rose water, nutmeg and are a must at tea time. Crab was also big during this time as there was no expense spared and lobster and crab are the symbols of luxury.
Finally, Scotch, which is rumored to be Queen Victoria’s favorite. The writer found a bottle that dated back to the 1800s!
