Inflation Has More Americans Living Paycheck-To-Paycheck
Price inflation has more and more Americans struggling to get by – and not just low-income families.
According to a report from LendingClub.com, 60% of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck, up from 55% last year.
The pinch is even affecting high-income households – among those earning six figures or more, 45% are living paycheck-to-paycheck.
A separate report from Bank of America found that 71% of Americans feel like their wages aren’t keeping up with the cost of living.
