Low-Calorie Alcoholic Drinks To Sip This Summer

It’s summertime and you want to celebrate, but you also want to watch those calories. You can do both!

Check out these low-calorie drinks that will keep you cool this summer.

Wine – A company called FitVine has perfected a lower sugar version for only 92 calories per 5 ounce pour.

Seltzers, spritzers – The canned drinks have become more popular over the years and offer a variety of light flavors like Volley, which is gluten-free and is about 100-110 calories.

Beer – Light beer is usually the best option for calorie watching and a fan fav is Bud Light Lime.

DIY light cocktails – Most of the cocktails that are made at a bar have a lot of added sugar and syrups. A DIY cocktail can cut those added ingredients. Spare Food Co’s elixirs offer a lighter option for those cocktails made at home.
