More People Googling ‘Recession’

Is the U.S. headed for a recession? Many Americans are bracing for the possibility – or at least Googling it.
According to Google search data, more people are looking up the term ‘recession’ than at any point in the last 16 years.
Some economists are concerned that the Federal Reserve’s attempts to slow inflation by raising interest rates could trigger a recession, possibly by next year.
