On The Road Still: Travel Demand Remains Strong Despite High Gas Prices
Many Americans are concerned about high gas prices but that is not stopping them from hitting the road.
Longwoods most recent survey of U.S. travelers found that more than 90% still have trips planned in the next six months.
The survey did find, though, that 38% reported that the spike in gas prices has made them alter some plans — but not necessarily cancel them.
For example, some said their vacation plans now include visiting destinations closer to home.
