Play Ball! MLB Lockout Ends As League, Players Reach Tentative Deal
The MLB lockout appears to be over after 99 days – and in time to play a full 162-game season.
MLB and the Players Association reached a tentative deal on a new CBA on Thursday afternoon, with MLBPA reps approving it by a 26-12 vote.
With the deal reached, spring training camps will open up on Sunday, and free agent signings can begin as soon as Thursday night.
