Slight Risk Of Severe Thunderstorms Thursday

A significant cold front will move across the state on Thursday. Thunderstorms are expected to develop along the front with a few strong to severe storms possible.

Damaging wind gusts appear to be the primary severe weather threat at this time. Strong and gusty northwest winds not associated with thunderstorms, will occur immediately behind the cold front with gusts over 40 mph possible.
