Study: Stress Increase for Retail Workers
This may not come as a surprise, but retail work has become even more stressful.
According to results from Employ’s 2022 Job Seeker Nation Report, burnout is on the rise for those working in retail.
The study of over 15 hundred workers shows that burnout and stress have increased for retail workers by 82% Workers not in retail saw an increase by 78%.
Meanwhile, 45% of survey participants were said to have been actively looking for new jobs.
