There are Four Projects Left in Need of Volunteers! 🛠🤝

The United Way Of North Central Iowa still needs volunteers to help with the United Way’s Day of Caring on September 7th.

Below are the projects they need to fill:

Nonprofit: Habitat for Humanity of North Central Iowa

Location: 517 1st Street NW, Mason City, IA 50401

Project Time: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Project: Sorting through donated lumber and landscaping around the ReStore.

Volunteers Needed: 8-10 people.

Nonprofit: Northern Lights Alliance for the Homeless

Location: 202 1st Street NW, Mason City, IA 50401

Project Time: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Project: yard work, donation organization, cleaning. 

Volunteers Needed: 2-6 people.

Nonprofit: 43 North Iowa

Location: 315 N Delaware, Mason City, IA 50401

Project Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Project: Outdoor landscaping work – sweep and clean outdoor areas near the store. Beautify, weed, mulch, and plant in any green space. Trimming bushes may be possible if volunteers are comfortable with that

Volunteers Needed: 2-3 Volunteers

Nonprofit: Four Oaks

Location: 80 North Eisenhower Mason City, IA 50401

Project Time: 9:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.

Project: Window Cleaning on our east campus:  What always falls to the last of this list? That’s right- windows!    Bring your crew out to wash and squeegee the outside windows- let the sunshine in!

Volunteers Needed: 6-8 Volunteers
