Kelly Clarkson has been away from “The Voice” during the battle rounds due to falling ill and her good friend, Kelsea Ballerini, has been keeping her set warm, but when is Kelly returning?
Clarkson took to Instagram with a video of “The Voice,” and a caption that read: “Thank you so much @KelseaBallerini for sitting in for me while I was feeling under the weather! I know my team is in great hands with you!! Y’all aren’t going to want to miss this!! The battles start next week on @NBCTheVoice!”

With the battle rounds usually lasting three to five weeks it’s safe to assume Kelly could be out one more week.
