Why You Shouldn’t Skip Breakfast, Even if You’re Not Hungry

We’ve heard for years, ‘don’t skip breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day.’

But what if you are not hungry, what do you do?

A nutritionist says, breakfast helps to break the overnight fast and helps to kickstart and fuel your day. Eating breakfast also helps you to feel less ‘hangry’ later.

More than 25% of people don’t eat breakfast. Almost 70% say they won’t wake up before 8am to make something to eat.

It is best to eat something within two hours of waking up. Breakfast does not have to be a complex meal. It could be fruit or yogurt, a protein shake.
