You may be trying to live a healthy life, but your habits may actually be aging you.

Dr. Mike Bohl, MD, MPH, ALM is a member of Eat This, Not That’s Medical Expert Board and says that some of your habits may be prematurely aging you.

These healthy habits include running, cutting back on carbs, washing your face, using items to help improve posture and using sunblock.

So, why are these potentially bad for you? According to Dr. Bohl, When done improperly or too much, [these habits] might actually be making things worse.”
