‘Avatar’ Tops Box Office For 7th Straight Week

For a seventh consecutive week, Avatar 2: The Way of Water ruled the box office.

The sequel took the #1 spot with another $15.7 million, and has blown past the $2.1 billion mark in global box office. In fact, only two other movies have held the #1 spot longer than Avatar 2 – the original Avatar and Titanic, both also directed by James Cameron.

Puss In Boots: The Last Wish finished at #2 with $10.6 million. A Man Called Otto ($6.8 million), M3GAN ($6.4 million), and the new Hindi-language film Pathaan ($5.9 million) rounded out the top five.
