Band Festival Carnival Tickets Remain Inexpensive, Despite Rising Diesel Costs

Todd Merriam of Merriam’s Midway Shows indicated to staff Wednesday night that carnival tickets for  the North Iowa Band Festival would remain consistent with prices from last year, despite diesel fuel  costs rising extensively over the past year. 

Merriam, whose carnival is based out of Texas, says this may not be the case throughout the rest of  their Summer, but that he wanted to give North Iowans a carnival they recognize at a price they can  afford. 

North Iowa Band Festival Carnival Schedule: 

6-8PM on Thursday, May 26 

4-10PM on Friday, May 27 

12-10PM on Saturday, May 28 

12-8PM on Sunday, May 29 *wristband day 

12-6PM on Monday, May 30 *wristband day
