GM Recalls 740K SUVs With Blinding Headlights
General Motors has announced a recall of 740,000 SUVs after determining their headlights are too bright.
GM officials say the headlights of GMC Terrain SUVs, manufactured from 2010 through 2017, present a hazard because they can blind other motorists.
Company officials say they’ll mail repair instructions to Terrain owners on April 23rd.
The announcement comes one day after U.S. safety regulators rejected a request from GM to skip the recall.
General Motors is recalling more than 740,000 small SUVs in the U.S. because the headlight beams can be too bright and cause glare for oncoming drivers.
