Grab Those Slippers! A “Wizard of Oz” Remake Is Currently In The Works!

There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home….I’m sure you’ve heard that iconic line before, if not, well, it’s from none other than the “Wizard of Oz”!

The popular musical is being remade by Emmy winner, Nicole Kassell. Kassell is known for HBO’s “Watchmen”. Kassell stated “I am incredibly honored to join Temple Hill and New Line in bringing this beloved classic to the screen”.

Details regarding the cast and release date have not been released.
