Missing Dog Reunited With Family Nearly A Year Later, Just In Time For The Holdays

A family that has been searching for their beloved dog, Gracie, for nearly a year has been reunited with their beloved pet. Gracie, the 6-year-old Pit Bull, darted out of the family’s home last December when a door was left open. The owner said they put signs up all over the neighborhood and contacted area shelters but came up short. With the help of a local woman, who lived about two miles from the family, she was able to feed Gracie from afar and spent months gaining her trust. She was finally able to capture the dog and detect her microchip which led her to Gracie’s family. “Definitely a holiday miracle,” said the owner.
