Nearly 600 Dogs Adopted At Shelter, Leaving The Facility Empty For The First Time In 50 Years
An animal shelter in Adams County, Pennsylvania, is celebrating after finding homes for all of its animals for the first time in 47 years.
The Adams County SPCA has placed 598 animals with adoptive families and reunited 125 strays with their owners.
The shelter’s staff worked hard to ensure that each adoption was the perfect fit.
The shelter plans to help other shelters in Pennsylvania by taking in animals next week.
