Netflix Working On Animated ‘Ghostbusters’ Series

A new animated Ghostbusters series is in the works at Netflix.

The streaming giant is working with Sony Pictures and Ghostbusters: Afterlife director Jason Reitman on the series.

The original cartoon The Real Ghostbusters was a huge hit in the 1980’s, running seven seasons from 1986-1991 and followed by the late-90’s spinoff Extreme Ghostbusters.
