RAGBRAI Mason City Announces Sale Of Exclusive Shirt
MASON CITY, IA: Monday, April 18th marks 100 days until an estimated 15,000 cyclists and spectators roll into Mason City for RAGBRAI’s overnight visit on Wednesday, July 27th.
Today RAGBRAI Mason City is launching a fundraising campaign and the opportunity for individual donors to become members of the official “Century Club.” In exchange for a $100 tax deductible donation, donors will receive an exclusive Century Club t-shirt. This limited edition shirt will feature the first and last names of Century Club donors on the back of the t-shirt. The names will be arranged in the shape of the state of Iowa, overlaying the number 100.
Proceeds will be used by RAGBRAI Mason City for the July 27th festivities in Downtown Mason City. The Century Club fundraiser will end Tuesday, May 31, 2022 and is exclusive to individuals only. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses.

When we all get behind a cause it’s amazing what we can do,” said Jon Prebeck, Chair of the RAGBRAI Mason City Fundraising Committee.
RAGBRAI Mason City is a collaborative partnership between Main Street Mason City and Visit Mason City. Its organizing committees are comprised of local volunteers.
“Community pride and collaboration between partners is instrumental to the success of hosting a RAGBRAI event to remember. The Ride of the Century will take a village of volunteers and sponsors big and small to rally and host riders from all over the world,” said Emily Ginneberge, Executive Director of Main Street Mason City.
It was previously announced that Mason City’s town theme for the 49th annual RAGBRAI is ‘Ride of Century’ in honor of the return of Century Day. These 100 mile days last made an appearance during RAGBRAI in 1985, the first year the ride made an overnight stop in Mason City.
