But The Positivity Blog is sharing how to be thankful year around. They suggest pausing, looking around yourself, and deciding what you are grateful for.
They also say to outwardly express your thankfulness. Another suggestion is to be thankful for things that you take for granted.
For example, a roof over your head, food, water, and internet access.
